If you're like me, like an active lifestyle, but gone are the days where you fancy yourself a sporty "elite" or "professional". Definitely, maybe your work as much as ever, but a completely different objective. Even when you're reading fitness magazine, some options meal before and after workout can seem a bit unrealistic. If you want to do 30 minutes cardio circuit, and maybe not you need a large bowl of pasta before your meal and drink bar during sport and protein smoothie. It is not necessary.
The idea of testing before meals and after paying enough fuel for energy and nutrition for recovery. However do not want to negate the calorie burning with about that. You are one of those people that the meals, such as some fitness magazines suggest, elite athletes and started to wonder why I didn't get any results, completely eliminates meals did any work in the gym.
With some research and assistance from coach I learned how to eat that worked for me.You can get maximum results, recovery, and still reap the benefits of my workout. here is what eats my before and after meals workout. This heart strength training course before/20 minutes 45 minutes.
Action before
Apples or bananas
Iced tea
I find that a bit before my caffeine sugar testing gives me kick I need before workout. don't want to eat so much because I hate after heavy feeling when running.Caffeine Dioritik you can fade away so don't go over with before your crisis.Only glass.
Working in post-
All natural peanut butter toast "whole wheat"
8 oz glass of skim milk
The most important thing about your post workout meal. protein helps in muscle tissue repair health. can you do protein bar, but would prefer all natural sources., if you like me anything, try make you ravenous, as this type of meal filled you right. natural peanut butter all don't have both sugar and artificial ingredients regular peanut butter, and is a bit more hearty and filling.
